Now in its second year, these awards serve as a beacon of recognition for Kantata customers who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in the professional services industry.

Notable past award winners include Joe Mackie, Manager of Client Services at Watermark Insights, who received the Client Experience Champions award for initiatives that enhanced customer experience and increased project management team utilization from 40% to 75%. Additionally, Derick Chiong, Business Operations Manager at 8×8 Inc., was honored as an Innovation Champion for developing a custom automated process that links Salesforce and Kantata, saving 730 hours annually. These recipients exemplify the innovation, excellence, and leadership that the Kantata Catalyst Awards aim to recognize.

Award Categories:

Innovation Excellence Award: This category honors firms that have developed innovative solutions or services that significantly enhance their clients’ operations.

Operational Excellence Award: This category celebrates firms with superior operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Leadership in Professional Services Award: This category, introduced for this year’s awards, acknowledges individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and significantly contributed to the professional services sector.

Eligibility:

The awards are open to all Kantata customers in the professional services field. Firms should highlight their team’s collective achievements and the impact they’ve made. For individual nominations, focus on personal contributions and leadership within the industry. Nominees should show a dedication to excellence, innovation, and making a real difference. Both self-nominations and nominations for others are encouraged.

Judging and Recognition:

The Kantata Catalyst Awards winners will receive a trophy and gain significant industry recognition, enhancing their professional reputation. They will be prominently featured in Kantata’s promotional materials, providing them with a powerful platform to showcase their achievements. Additionally, the winners will be announced during a general session at Converge, Kantata’s annual user conference, held virtually and scheduled for October 15-17, 2024.
